Geographic area of Aspres, piedmont area of the Pyrenees. The Trouillas terroir is characterized by silty – clayey and extremely stony soils on the surface. The vineyard used in sustainable agriculture benefits from good exposure on the hillsides of Mas Deu and on the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.

Grapes from morning harvest, skin maceration and pneumatic pressing. Settling by flotation and fermentation at low temperature.
Aging in oak barrels for 40 months.
A superb, deep amber gold color.
Aromas of candied fruit, currants, walnut wine.
This elixir is very warm on the palate with notes of candied fruit.
AGREEMENTS AND SERVICE
Enjoy it with an apricot tart or simply as a digestif.
