TERROIR ❦ VARIETIES
• Terroir : Geographical area of Les Aspres, foothills of the Pyrenees. The Trouillas terroir is characterised by silty-clay soils that are extremely stony on the surface. The vineyard, which is farmed organically, enjoys good exposure on the slopes of Mas Deu and on the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.
• Varieties : Grenache Blanc / Roussanne/ Macabeu
• Production : 18,000 bottles (33 cl). Maximum potential 50,000/year
AGEING ❦ WINE MAKING
• Wine making : Early morning harvesting before ripeness, pneumatic pressing. Preparation of the recipe in pressurised and refrigerated vats, packaged and pasteurised in line.
TASTING
• Pale gold colour with slight cloudiness, aromas of fresh juice and IPA-style hop notes.
