• Terroir : Geographical area of ​​Aspres, foothill area of ​​the Pyrenees. The Trouillas terroir is characterized by loamy–clayey soils and extremely stony on the surface. The vineyard operated in sustainable agriculture benefits from good exposure on the slopes of Mas Deu and on the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.

AGEING ❦ WINE MAKING

• Wine making : Morning harvest and skin maceration in the pneumatic press, fermentation at low temperature.
• Aging : Aging in stainless steel tanks
