The location of the Domaine de la Perdrix, in the terroir of the C\u00f4tes du Roussillon and Rivesaltes, in the plain of Aspres, between the Canigou massif and the Pyrenees, makes it a unique location. Enjoying a dry climate in summer and very mild in winter, the estate, land of welcome and know how to live, offers a variety of enotourism activities all year round.
\nFrom our comfortable cottage, located in the heart of an exceptional wine tourism route, you can visit the surrounding cellars, including that of Byrrh in Thuire, hiking in the maquis, the gorges of Boul\u00e8s or the Catalan coast and visit the picturesque villages of Aspres, monuments such as Ermitage Saint-Ferreol de Ceret, Priory Sainte-Marie de Serrabona, the village and Castelnou Castle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Located on the first floor, the apartment offers an area of \u200b\u200b75 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with stunning views. It has two bedrooms (bedding 160cm) a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer and a separate toilet. Very functional the apartment is equipped with a solar water heater, a washing machine, a new fitted kitchen, a dishwasher, terrace furniture and a gas griddle. Sheets and duvets are provided by us. Satellite HD TV, WIFI, Bluetooth speaker available. Air conditioning. Enjoy preferential rates on estate wines and ice cubes at will!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d’un climat sec l’\u00e9t\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s doux l’hiver, le domaine, terre d’accueil et de savoir vivre, propose une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d’activit\u00e9s \u0153notouristiques toute l’ann\u00e9e.
