• Terroir : Geographical area of Aspres, foothill area of the Pyrenees. The Trouillas terroir is characterized by loamy–clayey soils and extremely stony on the surface. The vineyard operated in sustainable agriculture benefits from good exposure on the slopes of Mas Deu and on the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.
• Varieties : Macabeu / Verdelho
• Production : 1200 bottles (75cl)
AGEING ❦ WINE MAKING
• Wine making : Morning harvest, pressing after skin maceration and settling. Fermentation in thermoregulated vats at low temperature.
• Aging : Blending with Macabeu and aging on fine lees for 3 months
